"Cash" calls are $1.45 per minute, with a 10 minute minimum. If a call is over 10 mins by a minute that is no biggie but if a call is 17 mins then we consider it a 20 min call. I hope that makes sense. We have a handful of clients that keep credit with us for any type of "emergency".

For reassurance you can send it registered so that both parties know it was delivered.
